I primarily see people in the LGBTQIA+ community and greatly enjoy working with people who are transgender. I am a pan/bisexual cis woman and involved in my queer community.

Trauma/EMDR
I support clients to heal from underlying negative beliefs that develop from trauma or other emotionally damaging experiences.
I use EMDR, Narrative Therapy and other evidence based therapy.

I have am trained in Gottman Style couple therapy. I am an ENM affirming therapist.
Fees
I am in network with private insurance plans, I also offer treatment for those who wish to pay out of pocket.
